Based in Qualicum Beach, David prospects Vancouver Island and throughout BC for metals and industrial minerals.

David operates Auracle Geospatial Science Inc., a remote sensing and geospatial intelligence company that provides technical services in: satellite and airborne image tasking, acquisition and analysis; ground based remote sensing; data compilation integration spatial modeling and analysis. He has extensive experience with uranium hyperspectral analysis throughout Western Canada.

David has been an active member of the Vancouver Island Exploration (VIX) Group for many years and is currently the group representative. David has also served as a Director and Regional Representative to AME BC for the last five years and currently sits as a member of the Minister’s Council on Mineral Exploration and Mining.

David has completed post graduate studies at SFU in Geospatial Science. He has recently been awarded a M.Sc., with Distinction, from Manchester Metropolitan University for work which focused on modeling Blind Mineral Deposition using geoscience data integration and remote sensing data fusion. He is currently undertaking further research fusing radar data with other remote sensing data to help define sub-overburden terrain.
