Diane is Executive Vice President of Amarc Resources Ltd. a Hunter Dickinson affiliated company.

After completing a PhD on gold enriched volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits, done in association with Boliden Mineral AB in Sweden, Diane moved to Latin America. In over a decade based in Latin America, she worked as an exploration geologist, in project evaluation and in business development concentrating on precious and base metal deposits throughout the region and world-wide, primarily for Rio Tinto and Noranda. In 2007, Diane joined the Business Development team at Hunter Dickinson focusing on the Central Asian including India, Latin American, and European regions, and became involved with Amarc in 2008.

Amarc is one of the most active British Columbia based junior exploration companies. As VP of Amarc, and through Amarc’s association with Hunter Dickinson, Diane has rapidly gained a broad knowledge of the exploration and mining business in British Columbia and an appreciation of the challenges faced by our industry in the Province. Among her roles in Amarc she has led Government and First Nation consultations for the company.
