If you are interested in having a booth space in the 2011 trade show, please be advised the waiting list is now open. To add your company to the list, email Shannon Norris at snorris@amebc.ca. Each year we offer our previous years’ exhibitors first right of refusal on their booth space over the summer; the spaces that are not renewed are allocated to waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis in the fall. If you are a 2010 exhibitor, and you wish to acquire more booth space, you will need to put your company on the waiting list for booth space. If you are a 2010 exhibitor and you wish to move to a new spot, please contact Shannon Norris as requests for movement are now being accepted. Over 230 exhibitors will participate in the Roundup 2011 trade show over 4 days. Exhibitors will include: exploration and mining companies, service and supply companies, post-secondary institutions, government organizations, First Nations groups, industry associations, and more! Exhibitors participate for either 1 day, 2 days, 3 days or 4 days.
