Trade Show

The Trade Show is a staple of Mineral Exploration Roundup and presents an unparalleled opportunity to visit a wide cross-section of companies working in the mineral exploration and mining sector.

The Mineral Exploration Roundup 2010 Trade Show will take place Monday, January 18 – Thursday, January 21 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. In addition to the daily reception (4:00 pm to 5:00 pm), both the Baron of Beef Lunch and the Beer and Sandwich Lunch take place on the Trade Show floor.

Over 260 exhibitors will participate in the Roundup 2010 Trade Show over 4 days. Exhibitors will include: exploration and mining companies, service and supply companies, post-secondary institutions, government organizations, First Nations groups, industry associations, and more! Companies participate for either 1 day, 2 days, 3 days or 4 days; make sure you visit the Trade Show regularly so you don’t miss out.

Level 1 – Monday, January 18 only
Level 1 – Tuesday, January 19 and Wednesday, January 20 only
Level 1 – Thursday, January 21 only
Level 2 – Monday, January 18 to Thursday, January 21
 
The Roundup trade show is comprised of 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and 4-day booths over 2 levels. As a result, not all booths appear on all floor plans.
 

Booth Space

Each year exhibitors from the previous years’ Roundup trade show are offered first right of refusal on their booth space. The spaces that are not renewed are allocated to the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis. The waiting list for booth space refreshes each year, and the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2010 opened on February 16, 2009. If you are interested in exhibiting at Mineral Exploration Roundup 2010 please email roundup@amebc.ca.

The waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011 (taking place January 24-27 at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver) will open on Monday, February 15, 2010 at 12am Pacific Standard Time. To add your company to the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011, send an email to roundup@amebc.ca on or after this date expressing your interest in being added to the list.
