Roundup 2011 Trade Show

Roundup 2011 will take place Monday, January 24 to Thursday, January 27 at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver.

All 2010 exhibitors (with the exception of the exhibitors who have “Restricted One Year Only” booths) will be given first right of refusal on their 2010 booth space for Roundup 2011. The booth renewal process will begin in the summer of 2010.

If you did not exhibit at Roundup 2010, and wish to exhibit at Roundup 2011, you will need to put your company on the waiting list for booth space. The waiting list for booth space refreshes each year. The waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011 will open on Monday, February 15, 2010 at 12am Pacific Standard Time. To add your company to the list, you will need to send a request email to roundup@amebc.ca on or after the date the waiting list opens. Booths will be allocated to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis.

If you are a 2010 exhibitor and plan on renewing your booth for 2011, but wish to acquire additional space, you will need to put your company on the waiting list for booth space.

If you are a 2010 exhibitor and wish to move to a new location in 2011, you will need to submit a move request email to roundup@amebc.ca. Move requests for Roundup 2011 will be accepted on or after the day the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011 opens. Move requests will be considered in the order they are received.

Procedure for Booth Space Allocation at Roundup 2011:

  1. The waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011 will open on Monday, February 15, 2010 at 12am Pacific Standard Time
  2. 2010 exhibitors will be given first right of refusal on their booth space (this will happen in the summer)
  3. Once AME BC determines which booths will not be renewed for 2011, requests for movement from renewed 2010 exhibitors will be accommodated where possible (this will happen in the late summer)
  4. Spaces will be allocated to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis (this will happen in the early fall)
