Cancellation Policy
Prior to or on November 16, 2009, a full refund less a 25% administration fee will be issued upon receipt of an original written request. Between November 17, 2009 and December 17, 2009, a full refund less a 50% administration fee will be issued, also upon receipt of an original written request. There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after December 18, 2009. All booth cancellations must be made in writing, and will result in the loss of priority booth renewal and the forfeit of booth space.
