Complimentary Individual Exhibitor Pass Registration Forms

Each exhibiting company has been issued a certain number of complimentary trade show pass codes, and full delegate pass codes (these codes were emailed to the contact person for each booth).

IMPORTANT NOTE – due to AME BC’s new database system, it is not possible this year to register on-line using a free pass code. 

Deadline to register for complimentary passes: Thursday, December 31, 2009.

Complimentary Trade Show Pass Registration

  • Provides access to the trade show and other conference components that take place on the trade show floor (i.e. Core Shack, Map Tent, Prospectors’ Tent)
  • Includes a complimentary 2010 AME BC individual membership

Complimentary Full Delegate Pass Registration

  • Provides access to the trade show and other conference components that take place on the trade show floor (i.e. Core Shack, Map Tent, Prospectors’ Tent)
  • Includes a complimentary 2010 AME BC individual membership
  • Provides access to the conference Technical Sessions
  • Includes a complimentary delegate bag
  • Includes a complimentary trade show floor Beer and Sandwich Lunch ticket (takes place on the last day of the trade show – Thursday, January 21)

 
The number of complimentary passes each exhibitor receives is dependant upon the number of days the exhibitor exhibits.
