  • Official customs broker and freight forwarding / shipping supplier and warehouser for international shipments valued at over $1600
  • Preferred freight forwarding / shipping supplier for domestic shipments, and international shipments valued at less than $1600

Form completion deadline: December 31, 2009

  • If this form is not received by AME BC by December 31, and you wish to have rental tables and chairs at your booth, you will need to pay to rent tables and chairs direct from Show and Motion at the Westin. The Show In Motion service desk will be located in the south west corner of the Bayshore Grand Ballroom on level 1.
