If this form is not received by AME BC by December 31, and you wish to have rental tables and chairs at your booth, you will need to pay to rent tables and chairs direct from Show and Motion at the Westin. The Show In Motion service desk will be located in the south west corner of the Bayshore Grand Ballroom on level 1.
