A: Each year we offer our previous years’ exhibitors first right of refusal on their booth space. The remaining spaces and new spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis to the companies on the waiting list. The waiting list for booth space refreshes each year, and the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2012 opened in February 2011 – there are several companies on the list at this time. roundup@amebc.ca. If you are interested in exhibiting at Roundup 2013, the waiting list for booth space will open in February 2012.
