Hotel and Visitor Information

The conference venue, the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, is easily accessible from Vancouver International Airport.  The Vancouver International Airport has an excellent web site containing ground transportation information. Shuttle buses leave from the airport for downtown every hour and stop at a number of hotels.  The cost of this service is approximately $15.50 one way.  Travel by limousine will cost approximately $45 one way or taxi $30.  Traveling time from the airport to downtown Vancouver is approximately 25 minutes or 45 minutes during rush hour (6-9 am and 4-6 pm).

Monday, January 24 to Thursday, January 27 complimentary shuttle buses will be operating every 20 minutes (based on regular traffic patterns) from the front entrance of the Westin Bayshore to two locations in the downtown business district. The shuttle buses will be clearly marked `The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver

  • Departs Waterfront Station on Cordova Street (loading zone) 7:30am and every 20 minutes until 5:30pm
  • Departs Sears (North East corner of Robson Street and Howe Street) 7:40am and every 20 minutes until 5:40pm
  • Departs the Westin Bayshore 7:50am and every 20 minutes until 5:50pm

Roundup delegates are eligible for a special conference parking rates at the Westin. A conference badge must be presented to obtain the conference parking rates.

  • $12 daytime (6am to 6pm)
  • $10 evening (6pm to 6am)
  • $22 24-hours
