AME BC is pleases to be running the Map Tent again, making it, along with Core Shack, an ongoing and intergal part of hte technical foundation of Roundup.

The Map Tent provides Roundup participants with a first-hand opportunity to review working maps and sections, be they geology, geochemistry or geophysics, spanning from generative exploration projects to mine development projects. The purpose is to provide a venue for open peer discussion among mineral explorers, giving Roundup participants the chance to gain insights beyond those attainable from standard trade show exhibits or material posted on websites.

The Map Tent will run the length of Roundup, from Monday, January 24 to Thursday, January 27, 2011. The schedule is as follows:
   
   Monday, January 24 – Grassroots Exploration Projects
   Tuesday, January 25 – Early Stage Discovery Projects
   Wednesday, January 26 – International Projects
   Thursday, January 27 – Advanced Projects

The Map Tent will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
