The Trade Show is a staple of Mineral Exploration Roundup and presents an unparalleled opportunity to visit a wide cross-section of companies working in the mineral exploration and mining sector.

The Mineral Exploration Roundup 2011 Trade Show will take place Monday, January 24 – Thursday, January 27 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. In addition to the daily reception (4:00 pm to 5:00 pm), both the Baron of Beef Lunch and the Beer and Sandwich Lunch take place on the Trade Show floor.

Booth Space

Each year exhibitors from the previous years’ Roundup trade show are offered first right of refusal on their booth space. The spaces that are not renewed are allocated to the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The waiting list for booth space refreshes each year; the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011 opened on February 15, 2010. There are over 100 companies on the waiting list at this time. If you are interested in exhibiting at Mineral Exploration Roundup 2011 please contact Simone Hill, Special Events Manager / Trade Show Inquiries, at 604.630.3924 or shill@amebc.ca. Please be advised if you are not already on the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2011, and you wish to exhibit, it is highly unlikely we will be able to offer you a booth space at Roundup 2011. If you are interested in exhibiting at Roundup 2012 (taking place January 23 to 26 at the Westin Bayshore), the waiting list for booth space will open on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 9 am Pacific Standard Time. To add your company to the waiting list for booth space at Roundup 2012, email your request to info@amebc.ca on or after Monday, February 14, 2011 at 9 am Pacific Standard Time.
