Roundup 2013 Trade Show
Roundup 2013 will take place Monday, January 28 to Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver, BC. We wish to thank all returning exhibitors and welcome prospective exhibitors to Roundup 2013.
Returning Exhibitors
All 2012 exhibitors (with the exception of the exhibitors who have “Restricted One Year Only” booths) will be given first right of refusal on their 2012 booth space for Roundup 2013. The booth renewal process will begin in the spring/summer of 2012. Renewal forms will be emailed to the booth contact provided. The signed contract and payment must be returned within 30 days to secure your booth space for 2013. Exhibitors must also renew their 2013 Corporate Membership at the same time.
If you are a 2012 exhibitor and plan on renewing your booth for 2013, but wish to acquire additional space/exhibition days, you will need to put your company on the booth space wait list (please see important information below).
If you were a 2012 exhibitor and wish to move to a new location in 2013 with the same number of days, you will need to submit a move request email (with "move request" as the email subject) to roundup@amebc.ca Move requests for Roundup 2013 will be accepted on or after February 13, 2013 (the day the Roundup 2013 booth space waitlist opens)
Please note: Move requests will be considered in the order they are received. The move request list refreshes every year so you must submit your move request every year.
Procedure for Booth Space Allocation at Roundup 2013:
- The booth space waitlist forRoundup 2013 will open from 9am PST on Monday, February 13, 2012 to 11:59 pm PST on July 31, 2012.
- 2012 exhibitors will be given first right of refusal on their booth space (this will happen in the spring/summer of 2012)
- Once AME BC determines which booths will not be renewed for 2013, requests for movement from renewed 2012 exhibitors will be accommodated where possible (this will happen in the late summer of 2012)
Prospective Exhibitors
If you did not exhibit at Roundup 2012, and wish to exhibit at Roundup 2013, you will need to put your company on the Roundup 2013 booth space waitlist. The waitlist for booth space refreshes each year. To add your company to the list, you will need to send a request email to roundup@amebc.ca between the dates noted above.
Important Notice:
Starting in 2012, there will be two important changes to the Roundup booth space waitlist system.
- The first change requires all companies to be Corporate Members of AME BC for the current year as a prerequisite to being placed on the Roundup booth space waitlist. Information on our corporate Membership can be found at: http://www.amebc.ca/membership/benefits.aspx
- The second change is the implementation of a lottery system for the Roundup booth space waitlist. This will replace the first-come first-serve process of previous years. The Roundup 2013 booth space waitlist will be open from 9am PST on Monday, February 13, 2012 to 11:59 pm PST on July 31, 2012. No booth space requests will be accepted after this date.
Procedure for Booth Space Waitlist Allocation at Roundup 2013:
- Prospective exhibitors purchase a 2012 AME BC Corporate Membership. Information on our memberships (including pricing and how to purchase one) can be found at: http://www.amebc.ca/membership/benefits.aspx
- Prospective exhibitors (or returning exhibitors who wish to acquire additional booth space) request to place their company name on the booth space waitlist via email. The waitlist for booth space at Roundup 2013 will be open from 9am PST on Monday, February 13, 2012 to 11:59 PST pm on July 31, 2012. Please send your request email to roundup@amebc.ca between the dates noted above.
- Once AME BC determines the available booth spaces these will be allocated to the booth space waitlist via a lottery/random draw system (this will happen in the late summer/early fall of 2012)
