Each year the AME BC Health and Safety Awards Breakfast honours the recipients of the Safe Day Everyday Gold Award and the David Barr Award. This event will take place on Wednesday, January 25, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the Marine Room at the Westin Bayshore. Please note a ticket is required for this event.

PSA Testing Returns to Roundup for a Sixth Year!

Rescan Environmental Services Ltd. is sponsoring the sixth annual free Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) testing for Roundup delegates during Mineral Exploration Roundup 2012.

PSA testing is hosted by AME BC and screening will be provided by Providence Health Care, St. Paul’s Hospital; education provided by Prostate Cancer Foundation BC.

Note that delegates must have a family physician in order to participate.
