Registration Information:

•Early registration deadline (to qualify for early registration rates) is December 2, 2011.

•If you are not registering on-line, your registration form and payment
must be received by January 20, 2012 otherwise you must register on-site.

•You must pick up your own badge and applicable tickets at the on-site registration desk (these items will not be mailed out in advance of the conference).

•To make changes to your registration information that does not require a refund, simply click the link on your registration confirmation email to update your registration information (this includes purchasing additional conference items).

•New for this year - your registration confirmation email will include a barcode - bring a print out of your confirmation email to the registration desk at the Westin Bayshore to receive faster service.
