•If you are HST exempt, you must complete and submit the PDF registration form (noting your HST number at the bottom of the last page.

•Note: HST exempt registrants can not register online, a form must be submitted.

As required by the Canada Revenue Agency, if you are HST exempt, you must pay with crown funds at the time of purchase (you may not use a personal cheque or personal credit card even if you will be reimbursed at a later date with crown funds). Please ensure you indicate that your payment method is utlizing crown funds by way of a note under the "Payment Section" on the last page of your form.
