Refund Policy:

•Refunds will be issued to the individual or company who originally paid.

•All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Delegates who would like a refund may mail or fax a letter to CONEXSYS Event Registration at 8545 Commerce Court, Burnaby, BC, V5A 4N4; fax 604.488.1436, or they can email registration@conexsys.ca. Please note that the processing time for refunds is 1-2 weeks (depending on the payment type).

•Ticketed events, membership and student registrations are
non-refundable.

•There will be a $56.00 (including HST) handling charge for all refunds.

•There will be NO refunds after December 23, 2011.

•Overpayments will be considered a donation to AME BC unless
otherwise authorized, please ensure you pay the correct amount.
