2012 marks the 100th anniversary of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC). From modest beginnings, AME BC has matured into one of the most respected mineral exploration organizations with a rich and diverse history.
As part of the 29th Mineral Exploration Roundup conference, AME BC will be showcasing a 100th Anniversary Celebration Pavilion which will focus on celebrating the past, embracing the present, and envisioning the future of mineral exploration in British Columbia.
Through a number of media elements, such as audio-visual displays, 3-D maps and performers, the Pavilion will highlight a variety of themes: the successful history of mineral exploration, First Nations participation, sustainability, and the creation and growth of mining communities are a few of the many topics that will be represented within the exhibition area.
Sponsorship opportunities available!
Sponsors of the Pavilion will have the opportunity to submit ideas for consideration, and potentially participate with an activity or display. The name of the Pavilion will include the sponsors company name as well.
